Having a healthy life makes us happier with the change in our daily habits, allowing us to have a better relationship with our body and mind.

Taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional health is relevant to having a balanced diet; a healthy lifestyle is the set of daily behaviors that allow us to keep the body and mind in harmony in all aspects of our life.

When we are aware of our lifestyle, we can see how health problems do not affect us over time, becoming decisive and worrying, even lethal. Therefore, it is essential to have a stable relationship between our lifestyle and our mental health, physical activity, work, and social interaction.

Our body will appreciate changing our habits in time; because we will be more active, we will have better spirits, and our quality of life will increase exponentially.

We notice the advantages of having a healthy life in our physical, mental and affective aspects, since by having a better diet and listening to our body:

More than a healthy life, we must talk about a healthy lifestyle

According to the World Health Organization (WHO):  health is “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being” that is, it goes beyond the presence or not of any disease … In other words, more than a healthy life, we must talk about a healthy lifestyle, where all the edges of our life play a fundamental role in our physical, emotional, mental and social development.

At Human Vitae taking care of the health of our clients is our primordial commitment; consequently, we share with you a series of actions that will help you through few amendments; to have a healthier and happier lifestyle:

Start with a healthy diet. Select correctly foods that are healthy and that nourish our body, also avoid all kinds of foods high in fat and cholesterol. 

Do an exercise routine or play sports. You can walk, jog, swim, dance therapy, exercise routines, or any sport you like, as long as doing it daily or at least three times a week for 30 minutes will be enough.

Sleep well; rest is essential. Sleeping at least 7 to 8 hours a night increases the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and decreases the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Take care of yourself and your hygiene. When talking about hygiene,  we are not only referring to personal appearance; but also to that of our environment. When everything around us is clean will reflect on our state of mind.

Avoid tobacco and alcoholic beverages. Consume these substances without control will harm health, causing physical and emotional damage, even mental.

Have emotional well-being. Taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your physical health. Emotional, psychological, and social well-being influences how you think, feel, and act.
