REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.
Your item must be used or unopened, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. A proof of purchase with an order number is also required.
You can get in touch with us at info@humanvitae.com from the email address you used to place your order to begin a return.
You will receive instructions on how and where to mail your package if your return is accepted. We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.
The price of mailing the package back to us is your responsibility.

Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
